Warm Rosemary Dressing

Serve with your favorite salads or even drizzled on top of falafels!

Yield: 
½ - 3/4 Cup
Ingredients: 
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon agave nectar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: 
  1. Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, rosemary and agave. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in a small saucepan and heat gently.
  2. Pour salad dressing over a Greek style salad or falafels in warm pita bread. Reserve any remaining dressing in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
