- 4 medium sized apples
- 1 cup natural/organic nut butter
- 1 cup yogurt covered raisins or sliced almonds or sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
1. Section each apple into 6 slices and sprinkle apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.
2. Spread 1 tsp of nut butter on each slice.
3. Stick 4-6 yogurt covered raisins/sliced almonds/sunflower seeds on an angle in the nut butter, then place a second apple slice with nut butter on top.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
